How to apply:

  1. Visit Us: Come see us at the front desk and we’ll help you fill out an application
  2. Download the Form: Download the application form and fill it out at home. Bring the form with you the next time you head to the library.

Required Documents: To complete your application, we will need a valid photo ID and proof of address. We accept driver’s licenses, utility bills, or lease agreements.
